Two Rohingyas Arrested For Fake Aadhaar And Other Documents

News has been reported that the UP anti-terrorist squad (UP ATS) has seized a duo of Rohingyas brothers in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Those people who follow Islam and live in Rakhine State, in Myanmar, are known as Rohingyas. Myanmar was previously known as Burma. Coming back to the case, the ATS officers have found some fake documents from the duo that include an Indian passport, an Aadhar card, and a Pan card. Upon investigation from the brothers, they admitted that they have also invited their fellows from Myanmar(Burma) on the false excuse of jobs in India.

One brother who’s name was Farrukh Hasan Ahmed was seized from Noida but his residence was at Aligarh, and the second brother who’s name was Sahil was arrested from his resident address Unnoa. ADG, law and order, Prashant Kumar said that both of them were using fake documents and used to promise their fellows that they will provide them Indian identity. Prashant further added that they were collecting money from them through the Bangladesh border. Both of them were tempting illegal Rohingyas to enter India by giving them job offers. ADG further stated that they had found some forged documents and some Indian Identity cards and a heavy amount of rupees 5 lakh from the duo.

IG of ATS, GK Goswami added his remarks by saying that the duo had alleged that their mother and a male relative are also living in Uttar Pradesh. Goswami said that their team is currently working and checking all their respective documents. He said that the team will arrest them after the legal procedure. Other contacts of both of them were living in West Bengal, Bihar, New Dehli, Jammu and Kashmir, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

Goswami further added that the brothers were tempting Rohingyas Muslims to enter India illegally. The duo was offering them forged identity cards and jobs on the meat shops which are in Agra, Kanpur, Unnao, and Aligarh. The officer claimed that it was Farrukh who entered India first. He made his Aadhar card and through using that he registered himself at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) as a Rohingyas Refugees and got his name as Hasan Ahmed. And after that, he also got his forged Indian Citizenship. Both of the brothers also helped other fellows to get themselves registered at UNHCR. The duo takes the money and provides them with forged Indian documents.

An officer said that they will provide full security to the duo while coming from the courts so that the department can complete their inquiry. IG further added that the police should communicate with the Indian Government to take strict action against those people who are entering illegally and the ones who are helping them to provide forged documents. The officer added that officials are used to considering the Aadhar cardholder as a real citizen of India. He said that this system has to be changed because Aadhar is just an identity proof or an identity card. In the end, Goswami added in his remarks that they will also request the court to grant them permission to take a DNA test of the duo if needed.

Rescued Kids Having Ashram As Home Address In Aadhar

Aadhar is a unique identification number that consists of 12-digits. For the residents of India, it is a voluntary service from the government. A recent case has gotten the attention of the media regarding Aadhar in the Jaipur city of India. Jaipur is the capital as well as the largest city of the Rajasthan state of India. In 2011, the population was around 3.1 million and it was considered as the 10th largest city of India. A case has been reported in Jaipur that 27 young boys had been rescued by the child commission team on 4th March 2021. The minor boys were found from an unauthorized accommodation at Chomu near Jaipur. It was also reported that all the boys had their Aadhar card that contains Vishwa Hindu Parishad Ashram as their house address. It is stated that by Monday an official report will be prepared with the complete statement of all the Children. The VHP staff claimed that they had done many efforts but they are still unable to know the identity of these kids. The child commission team also alleged that no one had reached them for providing any sort of help regarding this case.

The team said that the shelter house was commonly used as a child trading. They said that it is quite possible that the boys were brought to be used as child labor. They provided the details to the media that once the raid was done, the villagers and mafia helped 2 boys out of 29 to run away on Monday.

The chairperson of Rajasthan State Commission For Protection of Child Rights SangeetaBeniwal raised a question by saying that if the organization is really willing to help society and the children, so why they do not do anything for the Rajasthan children. She further added that the 27 boys had Rajasthan Ashram’s address on their Aadhar card instead of their actual house address.

According to our news reporter, all the rescued boys were young and they were between the age of 7 and 16 years. These young age boys belong to the states like Nagaland, Meghalaya, Uttar Pradesh, and Nepal.

According to the VHP office bearer, they do not have the right to get the ashram registered by themselves. However, if these are facing any sort of difficulties, then they should easily go to the Rajasthan Child Protection department. She said that they did not pay a visit to us for any help and guide. As per our research, we found out that several same centers are running all across the country. As per the VHP officer, on Monday a proper report will be provided to the department after the survey.

Child labor is a nasty activity and should be demotivated by the Government as well as the local municipal Government level and Strict action should be taken about child labor. It is all about the future of the nation and this case cannot be treated with a soft hand.

The Count Down To link Aadhar With PAN Before 31st March 2021

Aadhar and PAN cards are the two most important documents in India. Aadhar is a 12 digit number which is a unique one. It will not change in your entire life. The number allotted to you will not be given to any other person. You can verify yourself using an Aadhar card in any part of India. It is a single but most effective document that contains your demographic as well as biometric details.

On the other hand, PAN is a ten-character number and is a combination of alphanumeric characters. Please note that this is the main difference between Aadhar and PAN as Aadhar only contains numeric characters while PAN contains alphanumeric characters.

As both of these are crucial documents, UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) has launched a process through which you can link your Aadhar with the PAN card. UIDAI is the body established by the Government of India to provide enrollment services to the residents of India. By resident, we mean any person who lives in India for at least 182 days in a year. If the person lives less than 182 days in a year, he is considered a non-resident Indian (NRI).

If you are earning income and paying relevant tax on the income, then you have to file an annual return at the end of each year. So, when you go to file an income tax return, you must have to enter your Aadhar number in addition to the PAN, otherwise, your tax return will not be accepted. Itis the reason it has become necessary that you link Aadhar with PAN to avoid any future issues. The government of India has already given deadlines of 31st March to complete the linking or mapping process. So, let’s learn the complete linking process of Aadhar and Pan.

1. Visit income tax online e-filling web portal.
2. log in to the portal using your user name, password & date of birth.
3. Once you hit the enter button, a pop-up window loads. This is will ask you to link your pan with the Aadhar number.
4. In the same window, you will find the blue color ‘Profile Setting’ option.
5. Now click the link Aadhar. If you do not see any pop-up window as discussed in step 4 above, it means that you have already submitted information such as name, gender, and date of birth ready at the time of registration at the income tax e-filling portal.
6. Now check the details at the portal for verification purposes. If these are in compliance with your Aadhar data, enter your Aadhar number and Captcha code. Now click the icon link now.
7. A pop-up message with a successful linking Aadhar with the pan will display. Congratulation, you have successfully mapped your Aadhar with the pan. We remind you again that act immediately as the last date is reaching and Government is not going to grant further extension as it already did a 9-month extension in June last year.

Very few organizations are running with transparency while the major portion of welfare entities are working just for the sake of looting people.

In India, people are enrolled in the Government database via UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) through thousands of Aadhar centers. The enrollment is free for any resident person. Once a person is enrolled, he or she is issued an Aadhar number which is a 12 digit unique number. These social welfare schemes include Atal Asra yojana, financial assistance for disabled persons, Mundkarache, Dayanand social security, Antyasanskar, single women, 50% subsidy for disabled, Bachman scheme and home nursing scheme, etc. The use of Aadhar will definitely bring transparency and will kill the corruption process often found in non-profit welfare organizations. Rapid Surge In Aadhaar Enrollment Due To Covid-19 Second Shot

Covid-19 has affected every segment of society. From younger to older people, everyone is looking to protect from this contagious disease. No part in this world is free from the corona. That is why every Government in this world is taking stringent measures to deter this pandemic. The invention of the corona vaccine from various countries has been claimed. However, few of them have been passed after through research & development.

Like other parts of the world, India is not the exception. To counter the attacks of coronavirus, the Government of India has run the first phase of vaccination. In this phase, doctors & paramedical staff were vaccinated using the covid-19 vaccine.

The proper management of the vaccination is critical. There should a method to record the people who are getting the vaccination. This is a necessary step because even one person left untreated will cause 10 people and this will continue at an exponential rate. So. The government of India wants to keep a record in the database in such a way that this record can be accessed at any place in India. Here comes the role of Aadhaar in focus. Aadhar is a 12 digit number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) through its various Aadhar Kendra. Aadhaar is a unique number that means that an id you have will not be allotted to any other person in India.

As the Avaccination for the general public process has started, there has been seen rapid surge or boom in the enrollment process. As per the statistics, around 4.5 million and around 5 million people obtained their Aadhar in the month of December & January respectively. However, this surge fell down in February mainly due to the lockdown situation in most parts of the country. This is happening because Prime Minister Narendra Modi specifically declared Aadhar as a primary tool to monitor the covid-19 vaccinations in the country. According to him, this is necessary for the second shot.

A government official told the news reporter on account of keeping his identity anonymous that people who had no interest in Aadhar, are now taking a serious interest in the Aadhar enrollment process so that they can take the Covid-19 vaccine.

Major cities and states of India already have a very high percentage of enrollment. Gujrat has around 100% rate while UP (Uttar Pradesh), Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Bihar have around 90% rate. So, this is a very satisfying figure for the Government of India. In a video conference meeting with ministers, Prime Minister told them that the identification & monitoring of people taking Covid-19 vaccination is very important and every step must be taken to do this otherwise there will be no advantage of vaccination. PM is referring to the point we discussed above that irregular or gap in the vaccination will render the whole process useless and put the lives of the people again at risk.

Aadhar – The Reason Of Cryptos Ban

India is a big country and the world cannot dictate how to run its operation. It has its independent policies and procedures. That is why Government always makes policies to deter foreign factors involved in the country. The economy of the country largely depends on internal resources to generate income. The basic and advanced structure in the country is also in the good condition to support the Government policies for the betterment of the people.

As said India is a big country and huge economy. That is why every company wants to reap the benefit. Cryptocurrencies are a new phenomenon in today’s world. The rise of Bitcoin has attracted the whole world and everyone is trying to climb the running train. But unfortunately, the Government of India has banned all the Cryptos in the country. This is a matter of serious concern to cryptocurrency companies all over the world.

Crypto exists in the form of digital assets. Ownership is stored in a computerized database as a ledger coin. This database is secured one and every transfer of the coin is recorded in it. Unlike paper money, it does not exist physically and is not issued by the central bank of the country. This is the reason, it is operating under decentralized control and the Government of India bans the cryptos.

In India, all transactions are performed via the banking system. To document every transaction, the Government of India launched the Aadhar system in the whole country. Aadhar number – a 12 digit unique which is issued by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) is used to document the entire transaction. That is the reason, UIDAI has issued Aadhar cards to almost 90% population of the country and around 88% of banking accounts are linked with Aadhar numbers.

As Cryptos is not controlled by a central authority, it is not possible to link this with the Aadhar number in India. Of course, Government cannot control the whole transaction as there is no centralized mechanism exist inside the country. Another reason which experts believe that there is already a mobile number system connected with Aadhar number. So, this already provides a platform for the Government to launch its very own independent digital currency setup. This will be a secure system and will not be dependent upon the policies of foreign factors. As the system will be launched by the Government, it would have more trust and authenticity than any other cryptos.

The Government’s intention to launch a digital rupee can be judged from the fact that the Reserve bank of India has allowed retail investors to open an account directly e-Kuber. This allows them to purchase the Government’s bonds in both the markets of primary and secondary securities. RBI official BP Kanungo who is the Deputy Governor also confirmed that an internal panel in the central bank is working towards the model of the digital currency.
